As a Supplier, you can choose from various cancellation and termination policies for your listings. The selected policy will be visible to tenants in the apartment details and in their booking information.
Policies available for cancellations before the move-in date:
- 48 hours: Tenants can cancel up to 48 hours before the move-in date to receive a refund of the first month's rent.
- 14 days: Tenants can cancel up to 14 days before the move-in date to receive a refund of the first month's rent.
- 30 days: Tenants can cancel up to 30 days before the move-in date to receive a refund of the first month's rent.
- No refund first month: The first month's rent is non-refundable, no matter when the cancellation happens.
- 14 days termination notice period
- 1 month termination notice period
- 2 months termination notice period
- No termination possible
- National legal regulations apply (Selecting this option means the termination of the rental contract will comply with country-specific regulations, including any applicable notice periods.)
Cancellation Fees for Tenants
When a tenant cancels a booking, a €90 processing fee is applied. If they cancel within the listing's free cancellation period, they will receive a refund of the first month's rent minus this fee. Cancellations outside the free cancellation period will incur a charge of 100% of the first month's rent, with no processing fee applied. This cancellation fee helps us manage bookings efficiently and ensures a seamless experience for all users.
