Each listing's Cancellation and Termination policies has been set by the landlord and is available to see:
- On the listing at all times.
- Once you have booked an apartment, on your dashboard, by clicking on the booking reference code.
If you wish to cancel or make an adjustment to your finalized booking, please contact your landlord and Homelike. You can find your landlord's email address in the contact details section of your dashboard. Please also fill out Homelike's contact form and one of our customer care managers will reach out to you to continue with the cancellation/termination process.
