Each listing's Cancellation and Termination policies has been set by the landlord and is available to see:
- On the listing at all times.
- Once you have booked an apartment, on your dashboard, by clicking on the booking reference code.
If you wish to make an adjustment to your finalized booking please fill out the contact form
and one of our customer care managers will reach out to the landlord to continue with the cancellation/termination process.
