As soon as you bindingly book your apartment, you will be asked to fill in your credit card details.
Homelike will then charge the first month's rent to your credit card. You will pay the following rental payments to the landlord directly (the most common method is by bank transfer).
If you have any problems while paying, please reach out to us, so we can get in touch with the landlord for possible direct payment.
This type of payment requires the approval of the respective landlord and is therefore not selectable for all apartments.
However, some landlords do not offer this payment method or only under certain conditions.
Please note that any additional costs agreed to with the landlord, e.g. deposit, cleaning fee, parking fee, etc. must be transferred to the landlord directly, as well as any subsequent rental payments.
