After a binding booking has been finalised, you will receive the tenant's contact details so you can get in touch with them regarding deposit payment before move-in.
We recommend specifying the deposit amount as well as the payment terms in your rental conditions, (rental agreement or general terms and conditions), to avoid possible misunderstandings.
