When a tenant moves into your apartment, Homelike transfers the first month's rent to your bank account, minus our service fee, meaning you don't have to actively make any payments to us. You will still receive an invoice for your records. This is our standard process.
Occasionally, an alternative payment method can be arranged, i.e. in the case of a company booking, when the company pays the rent directly to you. In this case, you must transfer the service fee to Homelike on the move-in date, or within 14 days of the booking date.
