During the first week after the tenant moves into your apartment, Homelike will automatically pay the initial rent to the bank account known to us.
If you have still not received your payment within this period, there may have various reasons; e.g. a missing verification of your rental management account of our payment processor Stripe.
You can initiate this quickly and easily via your personal Homelike Dashboard. Please send a color copy of your identity card (or passport) under the status "Verification required" for the verification.
Please note that the colour copy of your document must match the personal data you have entered for your Homelike rental management account and must not exceed 8 MB in size.
