For a transaction via the means of SOFORT payment, your tenant needs access to his online banking and a corresponding TAN to confirm the rental payment.
SOFORT transactions require up to 14 days to be credited to Homelike. During this period it is possible that your tenant's bank or SOFORT cancels the payment for various reasons. As a rule, however, SOFORT transactions are confirmed after a few working days.
The most common causes of unprocessed payments are incorrect entries of login data for online banking or the mandatory TAN.
If there are persistent difficulties in using the SOFORT service, your tenant should check his details and in case of doubt contact SOFORT or their credit institution.
