Each listing has its own cancellation policy, which you can view in the Overview or Policies section of the listing's profile page.
Homelike cancellation policies
- 48 hours: Full refund for cancellations up to 48 hours before the move-in date (minus a €90 cancellation fee). Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month's rent.
- 14 days: Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before the move-in date (minus a €90 cancellation fee). Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month's rent.
- 30 days: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the move-in date (minus a €90 cancellation fee). Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month's rent.
- No refund first month: Non-refundable first month’s rent if cancelled.
To cancel a booking
- Click the Bookings tab in your Homelike Dashboard and select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click "Cancel booking" at the bottom of the panel on the right.
- The cancellation policy and cancellation processing fee will apply to your booking.
Before you cancel your booking, please be sure to check the cancellation conditions carefully. Once you have cancelled your booking, the cancellation is finalised.
The deadline for cancelling a booking is 23:59. Example:
- 48 hours cancellation policy
- Booking dates: 10 June - 31 August
- Cancellation deadline: 07 June at 23:59
Cancellation fees
- A cancellation processing fee of €90 is applied to all cancellations.
- If you cancel within the free cancellation period mentioned in the listing's cancellation policy, you'll receive a refund of the first month's rent, minus the €90 cancellation processing fee.
- Bookings cancelled outside the free cancellation period are charged 100% of the first month's rent. No cancellation processing fee is charged in this case.

How will I receive my refund?
Once you've cancelled your booking, if you are eligible for a refund, Homelike will promptly return the funds to your original payment method.
The timeframe for receiving your refund varies depending on your credit card issuer or bank, as well as factors such as your chosen payment method and location. Typically, you can expect to see your refund within 2 - 14 days.
