Loss of keys, a scratch on the parquet floor or damaged inventory - this can happen during longer rental periods.
Conventional insurances are often not liable in such cases. So that you can still concentrate fully on your rental period, there is our exclusive insurance cover. In the event of a claim, AXA assumes the costs, while Homelike takes care of the examination and speedy processing of the claim.
Should your insurances not be effective, AXA tenant insurance protects you against expensive key loss or red wine stains on the designer sofa with a deductible of 250€.

What is insured by the exclusive insurance for tenants?
- Damages caused by negligence (no intent) up to EUR 10,000 per claim or EUR 30,000 per rental.
- Contributed household effects (laptop, telephones) insured up to EUR 5,000 in the event of damage caused by fire, burglary, tap water damage or storm
- Key damage (e.g. loss) insured up to 10,000 EUR
