- Account is insufficiently covered
Contact your bank or credit card company: If you receive an error message when you pay with your credit card, please contact your bank or credit card company to find out more about the error.
To communicate with your bank or credit card company, you need:
- Credit card number
- Name of card holder
- Date of validity
- Amount you attempted to pay
- Date and time of attempted transaction
If your bank or credit card company cannot assist you, you can also try to use a different form of payment.
