Log in to your dashboard and open the "Requests" tab.
- Status Open: You have not yet processed this request. Please check the request as soon as possible, as most customers send several requests. The faster you check the request, the more likely it is that the customer will book with you.
- Status Accepted: The request has been confirmed by you. The tenant can now start the booking process and has 48 hours to respond. Please keep the apartment available until you receive a definite confirmation or rejection from the prospective tenant. You have rented the apartment in the meantime? Please change the status of your request.
- Status Booked: The tenant has made a binding booking for your apartment and has already signed the rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete the process.
