When a tenant makes a booking request, you will receive an email where you can accept or decline the request. We will also inform you by SMS and may give you a call to help you through the process. Requests contain all relevant information of the tenant, such as personal information or work history. Alternatively, you can view all of your booking requests in your 'Dashboard' section, where you can also manage, accept or decline booking request.
Please keep in mind that you make a legal commitment by accepting an apartment request. Should the availability of your apartment change, you need to inform us as soon as possible, but latest before a guest has booked your apartment.
